According to Leeuwarder Courant, Swansea have agreed a fee with Heerenveen, but they may have a task on their hands to convince Nordfelt to join the club. With Euro 2016 coming up, Nordfeldt is looking to make the Sweden squad and does not want to jeapordise his chances by joining a club where he is a number two, and sits on the bench.

Nordfeldt joined Heerenveen in 2012, and has made 70 league appearances for the club. Should the Swede leave, Heerenveen will look to move for Feyenoord’s Erwin Mulder.
