The French club agreed a deal with Heracles last week, but the deal was only completed on Tuesday after all the final details had been agreed. Saint Etienne have beat off competition from Galatasaray, Malaga and Atalanta to sign the 22-year-old.
Heracles Managing Director Nico-Jan Hoogma told the Heracles official website, “We are very proud of this transfer of Oussama at AS Saint-Étienne and wish him every success with his future career,”
The Netherlands U21 international has been with Heracles since 2013 after joining from Heerenveen. The winger has been the standout performer for the Almelo side with seven goals in thirteen league games this season.
