According to reports in his homeland of Peru, Feyenoord midfielder Renato Tapia can join either Celtic or Rangers this summer.

Last week, Tapia confirmed that he would be leaving Feyenoord this summer with contract expiring on July 1st.
Real Betis have been linked, but Libero are reporting that Scottish rivals Celtic and Rangers are both battling to sign the 24-year-old Peruvian international.
Cruz Azul and Boca Juniors are also mentioned by Libero, but they believe Tapia wants to remain in Europe.
Tapia has made 69 appearances for Feyenoord, and has previously played for FC Twente and Willem II.
The Rangers* have just released 6 (SIX) players.
Unless Tapia is willing to play for free or defer his wages until better times, I really don’t see him joining The Rangers*.
