Erik ten Hag would neither confirm or deny that Ajax is interested in signing Manchester United defender Timothy Fosu-Mensah.

De Telegraaf reported on Friday morning that Ajax had made contact with the agent of Fosu-Mensah, who came through the Amsterdammers academy before leaving for Manchester United.
The 21-year-old, who is currently on loan with Fulham, is seen as a replacement for Matthijs de Ligt.
However, Ten Hag would not confirm Ajax’s interest when speaking to the media, “I’ve also seen it appear, but as usual we do not give an answer. As soon as it is concrete, we report through our channels.”
