The last release saw Netherlands sitting 32nd, but they have now been passed by the USA, who had a strong rise after the Gold Cup, while Cameroon (35th). Turkey (33th) and Tunisia (34th) all now sit ahead of Oranje.
It is the lowest ranking ever for the Dutch national team, who were number one in the list only five years ago. Next up for Netherlands is the World Cup qualifier with France at the end of this month before they entertain Bulgaria in early September.
Brazil have moved to the top of the rankings, with Germany, Argentina, Switzerland and Poland rounding off the top five.
