According to Russian news agency Izvestia, Arsenal are interested in signing Dutch winger Quincy Promes from Spartak Moscow.
Promes was in top form for Spartak Moscow last season, scoring 18 goals, and his performances have alerted several clubs who are interested in making a deal this summer. Tottenham have been linked, but now their rivals Arsenal have also been linked with a move for the former Twente star.
Promes would cost around €15 million.
Fenerbahce closing in on van der Wiel
According to Voetbal International, Gregory van der Wiel is in Turkey as he closes in on a move to Fenerbahce.
The right back has been a free agent since leaving PSG at the end of the season and was strongly linked with a move to Roma last month. However, it now appears the Dutch international is set to sign for Fenerbahce after holding talks with the club.
No agreement has been reached yet but a deal is expected to be completed soon.
Ibarra leaves Vitesse
Winger Renato Ibarra has left Vitesse Arnhem after five years with the club to sign for Mexican side Club America.
Ibarra signed for Vitesse back in 2011 and made 146 appearances for the club, scoring 12 goals.
De Boer linked with AC Milan
According to Gazetta Dello Sport, Frank de Boer is a candidate to take over Italian giants AC Milan.
De Boer left Ajax at the end of the season and has been linked with Everton and Southampton, while reportedly turning down an offer from Lazio. A move to another Italian club could be on the cards with AC Milan reportedly putting De Boer on a shortlist, which also includes Louis van Gaal.
