Trabzonspor confirm Ziyech interest
Hakim Ziyech has been linked with a number of clubs around Europa and Trabzonspor are the latest to confirm their interest.
Trabzonspor Vice President Nevzat Aydin wrote on Twitter. “It will be very difficult, but we will do our best,”
Ziyech is certain to leave Twente this summer and has been linked with Borussia Dortmund, Wolfsburg, Everton, Galatasaray, PSV, Inter, Sevilla and Atletico Madrid.
Stam to be presented by Reading
Sky Sports News are reporting that Reading will finally unveil Jaap Stam as their new head coach at a press conference on Monday.
The 43-year-old has been in talks with the Championship side for weeks and will finally get to work in his first major head coach role this week.
Huntelaar still Ajax target no1
If Arkaduisz Milik departs Ajax this summer then the club are still aiming for the return of Klaas jan Huntelaar, despite the signing of Colombian forward Mateo Casierra.
Milik is gaining interest from around Europe and his goal at the Euros on Sunday will only heighten the chances of him leaving Amsterdam this summer. If he departs Ajax will do everything to persuade Huntelaar, who only has one year left on his contract with Schalke, to return.
AZ sign Emmen talent
AZ Alkmaar have signed 16-year old midfielder Thijs Oosting from Eerste Divisie side FC Emmen. Oosting signs a three-year deal and will play for AZ’s U17 side next season.
Suk returns to Go Ahead Eagles
Go Ahead Eagles have strengthened their attack ahead of their return to the Eredivisie by resigning Joey Suk for a third time.
The 26-year-old forward started his career in Deventer, netting 23 league goals before joining Beerschot in 2012. Suk returned to Go Ahead Eagles a year later before leaving again to join NAC Breda in 2014. However, after two years with NAC he has now returned to the Eagles for a third time.
