FC Twente expect to keep star Luc Castaignos at the club despite agreeing a deal with Swansea City last month for the striker.

Amidst financial uncertainty the club have lost full back Roberto Rosales to La Liga outfit Malaga and could lose Serbian Dusan Tadic in the next couple of days.
Rumours of a move to Premier League side Swansea City had surfaced but it looks that the former Inter Milan forward will be staying at De Grolsch Veste Enschede.
This is what coach Alfred Schreuder had to say on the topic,
“The story of Tadic is clear. It is a matter of days, for the Serb a replacement will be contracted, we have several players in mind, but maybe we’ll pick up anyone.”
“A new striker is not needed, Luc (Castaignos) still plays with us, and I assume that he stays.”
Since joining the 21 year old has scored 27 goals in 65 Eredivisie appearances for the Tukkers.
