Twente are in real financial difficulty thanks to paying higher salaries and buying expensive players over the past few years.
The Tukkers have already confirmed that the 22 year old winger has been at the training ground and a fee of 7,00,000 euros has been agreed but the club will not buy before they sell some players.
This is what club chairman Joop Munsterman told Voetbal International,
“It’s true that Kusk has been with us. However, we can and will only buy when we first sell one of the players we own.”
Reports suggest that Twente have already agreed a fee for Luc Castaignos with Premier League club Swansea City and have confirmed that many other players will be moving on.
Kusk, who has scored 21 league goals in his career is expected to provide competition for Dusan Tadic.
