FC Twente have confirmed the signing of Nikola Gjorgjev on a two-year loan deal from Grasshoppers.

The 19-year-old joins Twente for the next two seasons on a loan deal, but the Tukkers have the option to make the move permanent.
Gjorgjev told the official Twente website, “This move to FC Twente for me is a wonderful new step. I started as a young player at Grasshopper and now I get the chance to play in a bigger league. I feel I am ready.”
The Macedonian international made his debut for Grasshoppers at the age of 17 and has appeared in more than forty matches for the Swiss side.
