Ajax’s U18’s hammered Napoli 5-1 in the UEFA Youth League despite playing with ten-men for the whole second half.

Ajax got off to a great start with Gabriel Misehouy making it 1-0 following a fine attack in the eighth minute. Five minutes later, Jeppe Kjaer’s strike made it two.

In the 34th minute, Ajax goalkeeper Sten Kremers received a red card for a foul in the box and Leonardo Rossi made it 2-1 with a penalty.

Despite being down to ten men, Stanis Idumbo Muzambo made it 3-1 with an excellent strike from distance.

Napoli dominated the second half but it was Ajax who netted a fourth as Idumbo Muzambo got his second before Jayden Banel wrapped up the victory with a late penalty.

Ajax remains second in the group behind Liverpool, who have won three games out of three.
