uth hee hoffUth scored twice on Sunday, taking his season tally to 20, as Heerenveen were defeated by Vitesse and failed to reach the Europa League. The loss has now been confirmed as the striker’s final game for the Frisian side.

According to De Telegraaf, the 23-year-old has reached a personal agreement to join Bundesliga side Hoffenheim, who have been heavily linked with Uth for the past few weeks. Hoffenheim will now look to agree a fee with Heerenveen for the German international, which should not be an issue, and the deal should be wrapped up early next month.

It will be the second summer in a row that Heerenveen will have to replace their top scorer, with Alfred Finnbogason leaving the club last year for Real Sociedad.
