The Frenchman has been in great form for Utrecht this season and has netted ten goals in the Eredivisie. This form hasn’t gone unnoticed though with Haller’s name being heavily linked with Premier League duo Norwich City and Sunderland in the past week.
Speaking to Voetbal International, Utrecht CEO Wilco van Schaik confirmed that a January transfer could be in the works with the club in talks with clubs, although he would not state which sides.
He stated, “We are in talks with several clubs,”
Haller joined Utrecht from Auxerre early last year, and in 33 league games the 21-year-old has netted 21 goals. A fee of around £6.5 million has been mentioned as his price tag.
