A 95th minute Timo Letschert header gave Utrecht a 3-2 victory over Feyenoord.

Feyenoord boss Giovanni van Bronckhorst decided to drop Steven Berghuis to the bench with Nicolai Jorgensen once again starting up front.

The visitors started well and got the first big chance when Sam Larsson raced in on goal but David Jensen denied the winger.

In the 33rd minute, Tonny Vilhena gave away a cheap free-kick and Urby Emanuelson curled it past Kenneth Vermeer to give the hosts the lead.

Feyenoord failed to make a bright start to the second half and after Gyrano Kerk had missed a great chance, Utrecht found their second on the hour-mark. Jean-Christophe Bahebeck laid the ball to Sander van de Streek, who finished with ease.

Van Bronckhorst reacted by bringing on Berghuis and the winger had an instant impact, setting up Larsson to pull one back. With fifteen minutes left, Jensen spilled a Vilhena strike into the path of Robin van Persie, who drew Feyenoord level.

It seemed the game was heading for a draw but in the last moments of stoppage time, Riechedly Bazoer hit the post and the ball bounced up for Timo Letschert to head in the winner.

Feyenoord are now three point behind third-placed AZ Alkmaar, while Utrecht are four points off the Rotterdammers.
