Feyenoord manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst spoke to the NOS Joep Schreuder after Feyenoord secured their 15th Eredivisie title and first for 18 years with a 3-1 victory at home to Heracles Almelo.

Van Bronckhorst said, ”I can’t describe this feeling. I am so happy for everyone involved with the club who have put all their efforts through the years to make this club champions again.
”I had many great moments in my playing career. But this is the best day of my career.
”We have always reacted well to setbacks. This title is for everybody. I never doubted that we would win the title.
”We will enjoy today because we have achieved our goal ”.
