Van Bronckhorst stated that he believes it is possible for Feyenoord to beat Manchester City, especially playing at De Kuip.
He said, ”We will miss Nicolai Jorgensen tomorrow but we will have to do it with the players we have in our squad.
”We know what to expect against Manchester City and we are aware of their strengths. We must remain compact and be dangerous on the counter attack.
”It is possible for us to beat Manchester City. We are playing at home. We have played European games at home in the past where people have not expected us to win.
”We must also be realistic that it will be a difficult match because we are facing a very strong opponent.”
