Feyenoord manager Giovanni Van Bronckhorst spoke in his press conference ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League match against Shakhtar Donetsk in the Ukraine.

Feyenoord have lost their opening three group games, leaving them all but out of the competition. However, Giovanni van Bronckhorst is hoping for a win in Ukraine to keep their hopes of snatching third place alive.

Van Bronckhorst said, ”We are taking the game tomorrow seriously even though we have lost all three games so far. If we have aspirations to qualify for the Europa League then a in tomorrow is vital.

”I always have confidence in my team and the game in the Ukraine tomorrow is a challenge.”

”We must also enjoy playing in the Champions League as it is not often you get to play in these types of games.

”A result tomorrow could provide a turn around for our domestic form to improve.”
