Liverpool and Netherlands centre-back Virgil van Dijk believes there are still aspects of his game that he can improve.

Van Dijk is widely regarded as the finest centre-back in world football, and was the runner of for the 2019 Ballon d,Or.

Speaking to BT Sport, Van Dijk said he can still improve, “There is always room for improvement; I know it and I just try to keep looking for it and keep working on it.

“With the help of all my team-mates and obviously the manager, and also the manager of the national team – Ronald Koeman – that will definitely help me get better even now. So, I just keep doing that.”
