This Friday, Louis van Gaal will announce his first Netherlands provisional squad since returning as Oranje head coach.

Van Gaal was confirmed as Netherlands head coach earlier this month and this Friday at midday, he will announce his provisional squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.

Van Gaal was initially set to make the announcement on Sunday but it has been brought forward. The final squad will be announced on the 27th of August.

Netherlands face Norway on the 1st of September before clashes with Montenegro and Turkey. Netherlands currently sit second in the qualifying group, one point behind Turkey.
