Hutchinson, is a 24 year old right back, who actually retired from football back in 2010, due to injuries, but has made a sensational comeback.
The Englishman has only made six appearances for Chelsea, and spent part of last season on loan at Nottingham Forest, but injuries restricted him to only 9 games for the Championship side.
Highly rated by his parent club, Hutchinson previously represented England at U-18, and U19 level, but no further because of his injury issues.
Vitesse have now signed six Chelsea players on loan, with Hutchinson joining Gael Kakuta, Patrick van Aanholt, Christian Cuevas, Christian Atsu, and Lucas Piazon in Arnhem.
The two clubs clearly have a good relationship, which also saw talented midfielder Marco van Ginkel going the other way to England, earlier in the summer.
Francisco Junior is a 21 year old midfielder, who has only made one League cup appearance for Everton since arriving from Benfica in January 2012.
Junior, who plays in central midfield has represented Portugal at U-21 level, but previously stated he wanted to represent his native country of Guinea-Bissue.
Both players now join a Vitesse side looking to improve on last season’s fourth place finish.
