Heracles Almelo took a point against PSV Eindhoven last weekend, but they were no match for Vitesse on Saturday.
The home side took the lead in the 34th minute with Lois Openda taking advantage of a slip in the defence by Marco Rente to slot in his first Eredivisie goal. Three minutes later, Oussama Darfalou tapped in to make it 2-0.
In the second half, Oussama Tannane found the far corner to make it 3-0 and wrap up a convincing victory for the hosts.
