Propper is set to leave Vitesse this summer, with PSV heavily linked to the 23-year-old, while the Arnhem club are also set to lose Zakaria Labyad, who’s two year loan from Sporting Lisbon is coming to an end.
Should Vitesse lose Propper then according to Voetbal International, Jesper Drost is the main candidate to replace him, although Peter Bosz may find it hard to raise the funds for the 22-year-old.
Due to financial fair play regulations, Vitesse are very limited with their resources, and with Drost still under contract at PEC Zwolle for two years, added to the fact he is a key player, may make any deal impossible. Vitesse may have to look to free transfers to replace the players that exit this summer, or rely on more loans from Chelsea.
Drost has scored seven goals and added eight assists in 28 Eredivisie matches this season.
