Vitesse have made their first signing of the summer with the addition of German defender Maximilian Wittek.

Wittek is a 24-year-old left-back, and he joins from Greuther Fürth in the German second tier on a three-year deal.
Vitesse already have Englishman Max Clark as their first-choice left-back; it is widely believed that Wittek joins as back-up to Clark.
Vitesse are expecting to welcome multiple other signings this summer to make up for the players who have left the club.
