Michel Vlap has left Anderlecht in search of playing time and has joined Arminia Bielefeld on loan until the end of the season.

The 23-year-old joined Anderlecht for €7 million from Heerenveen in 2019 and was top scorer for the club last season. However, Vlap has only made 11 league appearances this season, scoring once.

With a view to getting more playing time, Anderlecht have allowed Vlap to leave and join Arminia Bielefeld until the end of the season.

The Bundesliga side have Mike van der Hoorn on their books and currently sit 16th in the table.
