The 21-year-old attacker had no chance of playing time with PSV’s first team this season and the club have allowed Vloet to leave for FC Eindhoven on a loan until next summer.
Vloet spent part of last season on loan with Cambuur but failed to impress in the Eredivisie. The midfielder, who can also play up front has played in the Eerste Divisie so far this season with Jong PSV, who are top of the league after five games.
Vloet will now look to add something to the attack of FC Eindhoven who have had a disappointing start to the season and find themselves 12th.
