The midfielder is out of contract at Liverpool in the summer and talks over a new deal with the Premier League champions have not been a success.
According to The Times, Wijnaldum is heading to Barcelona in the summer and has a pre-contract agreement already in place.
The 30-year-old has been a target for Ronald Koeman since last summer and it now seems certain that Wijnaldum will be a Barcelona player next season.
Wijnaldum has been with Liverpool since 2016 and has played 225 games for the club so far.
