Willem II have confirmed the signing of Liverpool midfielder Pedro Chirivella on a season-long loan.

The Spaniard spent six months of last season on loan with Go Ahead Eagles and impressed despite the club’s relegation. He now returns to the Netherlands on loan with Willem II.
The versatile midfielder joins fellow former Go Ahead loanee Daniel Crowley in Tilburg, with the Englishman signing a permanent deal from Arsenal last week. Chirivella has signed as a replacement for Funso Ojo who left the club this summer.
