According to Voetbal International, Willem II are close to the signing of free agent Thom Haye on a two-year deal.

The Netherlands U21 international left AZ at the end of the season after failing to agree terms on a new contract, and will now seal a move to Willem II on Monday after undergoing a medical. Haye will sign for two-years with the option of another.
The 21-year-old made 56 league appearances for AZ Alkmaar, scoring once. He will be Willem II’s second midfield signing of the summer after Jari Schuurman joined on loan from Feyenoord.
