Jetro Willems is happy at Newcastle United and has hinted he is willing to make his loan move from Eintracht Frankfurt permanent.

The left-back moved from Eintracht Frankfurt to Newcastle United in the summer on a season-long loan move. The former PSV star has made 18 Premier League appearances, scoring twice.

Speaking to the Evening Chronicle, Willems stated he is happy at Newcastle and hinted that an agreement may already be in place to make a move permanent.

He said when asked about his next move, “I feel the same – I’ll keep going.

“I heard some things that the club have already agreed with Frankfurt. I haven’t spoken to them.

“We will see, but it will be nice. I don’t know if people think I am doing my job well but I am feeling good.”
