Jetro Willems has fully recovered from his serious knee injury and has resumed group training with Eintracht Frankfurt.

The left-back injured his cruciate ligament back in January while on loan with Newcastle United and has since been recovering.

Eintracht Frankfurt confirmed on Wednesday morning that Willems had resumed group training after making a full recovery.

The 26-year-old will now work on getting his match fitness back ahead of the Bundesliga’s return next month. The left-back may also make a transfer in January.
