It was a special day for 17-year-old Dutchman Denilho Cleonise with the forward making his first start for Genoa on Tuesday.

The winger decided to depart Ajax in the summer for Italy and his development since then has been rapid.
After two substitute appearances for Genoa in Serie A, Cleonise made his first start for the club in their 3-2 Coppa Italia win over Ascoli.
Cleonise played 69 minute of the clash before being substituted. The former AZ Alkmaar academy talent is one to keep an eye on in Italy for the rest of the season.
